Background & Current situation
XinJie Logistics is headquartered in Shanghai, a modern information technology-based third-party logistics service providers. Since 1997, along with the rapid development of China's economy at the same time with the time to seize the world's top 500 multinational enterprises opportunities for cooperation. It quickly growth as an integrated operation network throughout the country integrated logistics service provider. At present it has more than 80 branches all over the country, even Southeast Asia. As the result, the telephone expense between those office is huge, almost over 10 million Yuan every year. How to decrease the expense becomes the major issue needs to be considered.
 
Currently It got very complicated situation:
1)    1).Head office based in Huaxiang st, ShangHai. It approximately got 200 extenstions, plus the others it totally got 300 phones.
2)    It separates all over the country, some of them still renting the virtual switchboard. the outside line needs to call local number, and  the intercom selects extension telephone's method; Some company size is quite small, selects the straight line turning on method to solve directly.
3)    The company pays attention on the information system’s application; at present throughout the land they all have the broadband access. The Head office has a 10M China telecommunication optical fiber and a 4M net pass fibre-optic link INTERNET. So far they have more than 70 mesh points in the land through ways and so on optical fiber, ADSL to connect into INTERNET, or using point to point fibre-optic link with headquarters. The interior uses NETSCREEN VPN equipment link, each region passes Head office, but basic does not pass individually.
 
Requirements:
For providing better services and meeting the special requirements to the customers, internal needs more communication and cooperation. Realizing VoIP request:
1.    Free internal phone charge
2.    Free fax charge
3.    Saving national call charge
4.    Preparing developing in south area in the future time using VoIP
Besides that, also realize teleconference, IP soft phone or other application requirements.
 
Design Outline:
Based on the company’s demands, DaTang Gao Hong desigh a VoIP network solution to meet high performance, competitive cost, stability problem.

 

 Instruction:                                                                    

1.    SS3000-T (Trunk Gateway) as the center idea of VoIP been putting in the Internet Data Center(IDC) to control all the communication system and billing system.
2.    Head office using MG3000-R32(32S) point-to-point optical fibre system connection to transmit directly through the trunk gateway without the softswitch.
3.    Telecomm provides 30B+D digital line throughout MG3000-T4 connect with SoftSwitch to reliaze local connection.
4.    Branch offices using MG3000-R32 to connect with phone. Socket S is directly to the phone, socket O is to the trunk gateway. the overall system realizes the long-distance landing function.
 
Achievements:
1.    All phone call charge is free inside the system, nothing to do with distances.
2.    Excellent connection quality
3.    Outline dial the local phone through 30B+D directly
4.    Support point to point video call
5.    Free charge for VoIP call whenever in the office or outside
6.    Low cost for the VoIP phone to local number, long distance phone call need to dial 17951. SS3000-T in charge of controlling the inner communication system, also billing management as well.
7.    Support teleconference. Two ways:
Static conference room: which is been settled the room number and password by administrator. Users can dial directly by entering the password.
Dynamic conference room: which is been settled a range of numbers by administrator, once the user dial the number in between the range, the system will create a dynamic conference room automatically, and is controlled by the first person who entered in.
8.    Support voicemail. The system will automatically play after a certain time once no one answer the phone, also ask to leave a message. Those messages will sent back to the person by kind of ways. Playback or email, etc.
9.    Support call transfer anytime.
10.Support a variety ways of payment methods. Prepaid, postpaid, card services, etc., can easily access the user virtual operations. Support for IP Centrex functionality, access to associated companies may have their own free trumpet section number, only charge for calling out.
