It’s responsible for the implementation of user authentication, address translation, call control and other functions. SS3000-E has a perfect redundant backup mechanism to ensure business continuity in the provision. SS3000-E provides system equipment and operations management, monitoring, control, statistics, routing forwarding functions. Deployment of digital trunking Gateway MG3000-T4, digital program-controlled relay circuit connected switches, VOIP networks and provincinal administration center PBX to achieve interoperability.

Deploy MG3000-R32 Gateway or MG3000-T4，10/100Base-T Ethernet interface to connect the gateway through the IP network, registered to softswitch through the route to interconnection between the prison across province.
Virtual network prison
Intelligent Routing Gateway MG3000-R32 (or digital trunk Gateway MG3000-T4) also can be used directly, the gateway through the 10/100Base-T Ethernet interface IP network, registered to softswitch through the routing tandem, the province of the prison's internal telephone interconnection up.
