Course 2009------ IP Telephony Basic
This course is a two-day comprehensive VoIP training course for non-engineering professionals who need an overview and update on VoIP fundamentals, PBX replacement, convergence, carrier services and interconnect, implementation issues and solutions, VoIP system vendors, business and deployment cases and project management.
